Make up, shoes and a sweatshirt. Today is March 2024 and still no shoes or sweatshirt. I under that it states that it comes from another outside vendor but if you’re using them they should be accounted for. It also states that those products should be mailed out 4-6 weeks it been over 20 weeks. I’ve emailed customer service and no reply. I spent over $300 that night on everything and I can’t even receive an email back. ### 3/5 — Love! Everytime I leave the app, I have to restart the ENTIRE checking out process including my address, number, payment info etc and even then once I press “pay” it begins to load up and then.... nothing!
