Can’t set to be texted when script has been filled. Can’t request a subscription renewal . A pharmacy app should be robust enough so one doesn’t have to call the pharmacy. I have to call the pharmacy for everything except a refill request. Only using because prices are better than CVS. The pharmacy staff is excellent too. ### 2/5 — Long-standing missing features *2026-07-31, version 3.2.1* This app needs to “add” features that should have been in there already. Mine has 3 instances of the same patient (because of a clunky interface) and no way to delete/archive/hide them. The same goes for old Rx’s that haven’t been filled in years. It makes the app (and Hannaford in general) look sloppy and indifferent, as this has been long commented on by users. ### 2/5 — Good but missing features *2026-07-01, version 3.2.1* Why can’t I see when my prescription was going to be ready? I submitted his prescription refill and it provided a date and time however, a few days later, I forgot what the date and time was and there seems to be no way in this app to be able to check the date and time the prescription would be ready. ### 2/5 — Bring Back Landscape View on iPad *2026-06-22, version 3.2.1* Was loving app until recent login and app is only viewable in portrait mode on iPad Air. Always previously viewed and used in landscape. There needs to be an option to remove a prescription from your account. At the very least, you need to let us move prescriptions out of the “Available to refill” section. All of my medication appears at least twice in that list because instead of renewing the prescription on file when the refills hit 0, my doctor calls in a new prescription. So the prescriptions with 0 refills continue to show with no rhyme or reason as to when they disappear from that list. It’s very confusing and cluttered. I’ve asked at the pharmacy who tells me to call support, and support tells me to ask at the pharmacy. My daughter and I both have this app and we each used it separately to refill our prescriptions a day apart. When I went to pick them all up, I was told that none of them were in the system. I will not waste my time again. It shows every prescription but does not condense them. For example, it lists one of my medications at the same dose several times instead of condensing it to one field. This app is hard to view what I can refill and should give me the option to archive old prescriptions. It lists prescriptions that are ready to fill but also listed under the filled previously. I can’t tell which prescriptions are ready to be filled because of this. The app extremely confusing. The only reason I use this app is because Hannaford has the lowest prices. However, I’m considering moving back to CVS all because of my poor experience with this app even though I’ll have to pay more for my prescriptions. THIS APP IS THAT BAD. My family also uses the Hannaford Pharmacy app and I know they feel the same way. As someone with a certificate in UX design, I know there are ways to simplify this app. It is a nightmare to use and I’m considering leaving this pharmacy because of it.
