I am writing to complain about the cancellation of my booked bus from Bhopal to Indore and the subsequent inconvenience caused by being directed to another bus stand. The lack of communication and rude behavior from your representative were unacceptable. I request a refund and improvements in your customer service.

Poor Service and Rude unprofessional staff Support by customer service agent. They never promise to deliver your parcel on time and the app was also in poor quality with no tracking of the parcel by his LR number, definitely will sue a case in consumer forum.
