It will not pair with the Clara hearing aids that I just purchased. I tried all day long and even called support the next day and they could not figure it out either. So I guess I just can’t use this app at all. Also the other app for my remote will not pair. Same exact problem. I have the uStream remote and have no way of using either of these apps. I do like the hearing aids, but I’d love to have the extra control options that suppose to come with these two apps that I absolutely cannot use. Es ist extrem ärgerlich, dass selbst nach neuer Installation und korrekter Anmeldung die Kopplung von iPhone und Hörgerät nicht funktioniert, selbst nachdem der Hörgeräte Akustiker eine Reparatur versucht hat. Schwach, dass die Den Fehler nicht reparieren kann. ### 1/5 — Einstellung verstellt *2025-10-31* Ich habe mir die ganze Einstellung, die mein Akustiker gemacht hat, mit der App „zerschossen“. Es wäre schön, wenn die ursprüngliche Einstellung gespeichert werden könnte. Danach lade ich die App neu aus dem AppStore um dann nach ca. 4 Stunden festzustellen, daß meine Aktion umsonst war. Ohne diese App machen meine Hörgeräte was sie wollen. Das heißt, sie sind für mich absolut unbrauchbar. Ich gebe Hansaton noch eine minimalistische Chance: Ihr Lieben, strengt euch an, gebt alles, damit ich meine, also eigentlich Eure Hörgeräte wieder voll umfänglich nutzen kann, wir vor ein paar Wochen noch. ### 1/5 — 自动更新后不能调整音量了 *2024-01-13* 自动更新后不能调整音量了 **Developer response:** 很抱歉您在使用该应用时遇到了不愉快的经历。我们正在尽快寻找解决方案来解决这个问题。为了不影响日常使用，建议您可以使用助听器上的按钮来控制音量调节。 ### 1/5 — Lautstärke nicht einstellbar, kein MfI *2023-10-20* Die individuell eingestellte Lautstärke springt nach kurzer Zeit auf den Standard zurück, damit ist die App kaum zu gebrauchen. Versprochen wird Apple MfI Unterstützung, doch werden die Hörgeräte nicht erkannt:-( Mein Tipp: Anderen Hersteller wählen, dessen App eine Unterstützung und keine Hürde darstellt. ### 1/5 — Yep. Really terrible *2020-03-30* Have spent hours trying to get this very simplistic app working. Sometimes it recognizes my hearing aids, but mostly not. When it does recognize them, it forgets them when I put my iPhone asleep.
