Whoever designed this site has absolutely no clue of usability testing and the credit union approved this ????!!!! It tells me loud and clear that either they do not care about members or they are incompetent. I have repeatedly suggested revising the application since it was released some moths ago with just the standard customer service apologies but with complete inaction. ### 1/5 — Performance Login Slow *2026-04-28, version 4020.0.1* Nice design but I have an issue every time I open this app, the login page takes over 10 seconds to complete before I can fill in the authentication. It’s minor but it would be good to be able to move them. I assumed I would be able to in the area where i can chance the color associated with each one, but I wasn’t able to.
