Egal ob ich die Installation manuell oder mittels QR Code vornehme, nichts geht. Sehr schade und macht den Pontos für mich nur halb brauchbar. ### 1/5 — Geräte Top, App Katastrophe *2023-05-24, version 3.0.2* Die Base samt Zubehör ist wirklich hochwertig und klasse. Die App allerdings ist wirklich nur zum Kopfschütteln. Andauernd kann keine Verbindung zu der Base aufgebaut werden, die Absperrbefehle brechen andauernd mit Fehlern ab und werden dann nach Minuten plötzlich doch ausgeführt. Es wirkt halbfertig, instabil und nicht ausgereift, sehr schade ### 1/5 — Registrierung geht nicht! Absturz! *2023-01-25, version 2.6.1* Ich habe es bestimmt über 20 mal versucht. Nach der Eingabe meines Namens stürzt die App ab. Bitte Fehler beheben. ### 4/5 — Upgrading my rating *2022-09-16* Upgraded my rating from 1 star since the issues surrounding Sonos and also the login/crashing were resolved. Dropped 1 star for the following: the rain tunes stop on their own. When I wash my hair, my shower takes longer and I end up with no music. The tunes should continue until they are physically stopped. Also, when the shower is one, the softer sounds (birdcalls) are not audible. If I turn up my Sonos speaker so I can hear the birds I get blasted out by the music which then raises to a crescendo. So that puts me off using the app which I quite enjoy otherwise. The music should not have such variations in volume. ### 4/5 — Registrierung funktioniert nicht *2022-04-06, version 2.3.1* Die Registrierung funktioniert nicht,es hängt immer bei den Datenschutz Bestimmungen. Ich warte noch ein paar Tage sonst gebe ich den pontos scout wieder zurück. Update: So die Registrierung hatte nach langem hin und her funktioniert. 4Sterne weil: - schlechte Beschreibung (Bedienungsanleitung,App und Internet ) -App musste häufig neu gestartet werden bis sie das Gerät erkennen konnte aber dann wurde ich auch Schritt für Schritt durch die to do Liste geführt -die Buttons für Datenschutz sind kaum zu erkennen (links daneben) ### 5/5 — Wellness für Zuhause *2021-12-17, version 2.1.2* Einfache Bedienung und kreative Szenarien. Nach langen Arbeitstagen ideal um während des Duschens herunter zu kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ### 1/5 — Update mal wieder Fehlerhaft. *2021-04-30, version 1.8.1* Version 1.8.1 wird bei mir nicht installiert: Es kommt aber immer ein Hinweis auf dieses Update.Nach jedem Neustart der App wird auf ein Update hingewiesen. Mit 1.8.1 sollen ja eigentlich Fehler behoben werden. Mal wieder enttäuschend.Wie immer bei Hans Grohe. ### 3/5 — Sonos Geräte lassen sich nicht einbinden *2021-02-11, version 1.7.1* Hallo, eigentlich sollte es ja gehen, dass Sonos Geräte eingebunden werden. Die Funktion wird schon seit 9 Monaten bereit gestellt. Bei mir funktioniert es leider nicht.
