Although I have purchased the upgrade at page 4 it says failed to verify purchase

I paid to upgrade but App did not upgrade. So I paid again after adjusting my payment method and it still did not upgrade. I'm still stuck with the free version that stops at page 5 and keeps asking me to upgrade after spending money twice to upgrade to paid version
