## What is HanziGlow?

HanziGlow helps children, beginners, parents, and lifelong learners practice simplified Chinese characters with clear animated stroke guidance and responsive handwriting tools.

Practice 200 common characters for free. A monthly or yearly subscription unlocks the full 3,500-character library, advanced practice modes, and unlimited local history. Eligible new subscribers can try either plan free for one week.

• Finger and Apple Pencil handwriting on square rice grids
• Character pronunciation, pinyin, words, and examples
• Passage practice with classic poetry and prose
• Replay, overlays, brush controls, and locally saved history

• Offline-first use with no account, ads, or remote analytics

Your writing and personal passages stay on your device. If a subscription ends, saved handwriting remains available to view; paid tracing guidance and new paid practice require renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restore purchases at any time from the app.
