9.7.2025 wird beim Ändern der Uhrzeit ein 25 cm großes Uhrzeitenrad eingeblendet. Versehentlich haben die Programmierer den okay Knopf vergessen, um die gewünschte Uhrzeit zu bestätigen. ist es nötig, vieles so kompliziert zu machen? Warum kann man nicht einfach die gewünschte Uhrzeit eintippen und dann daneben einen okay Knopf setzen? Dann haben wir gemerkt, dass man auch keine neuen Uhrzeiten mehr setzen kann: auch hier fehlt der okay Knopf.

This is so frustrating. I can’t figure out how to sync the 4 different zones of lights to the control panel.  Please provide instruction manual.  We don’t care what language it’s in. We will use translator software.  Just please please please supply instruction manual. So so so not intuitive or easy at all.

Every time I buy a new device from “MagicLight” I have to download yet another sketchy app that’s clearly a clone of all the other ones with slightly different features. I was using originally using MagicLight Wifi v2, but it wasn’t compatible with some new bulbs, so i switched to Magic Wifi Pro for a bit. 

But I recently bought a mesh hub thinking I could just add it in the same app, but nope, gotta go download “Hao Deng”, create a new login, re-add all my devices and re-sync it with Google Home. 

I’ll never understand why developers create additional apps with slightly different capabilities instead of just putting everything in one. Abandoning this “brand” if I have to go through this again.

Ist es möglich über diese App die Lampen ( Bewegungsmelder / präsenzmelder so einzustellen das diese ab 22:00- 07:00Uhr meinen Flur 1 und Flur 2 zu Dimmen ( auf 10% und ab 07:00 Uhr wieder mit 80% laufen lassen  ?

Wenn ja wie ? Bekomme nirgends eine Antwort

The lights are very good quality, very bright and give off plenty of light. However the app will only control one light at a time. When you connect more than one together it switches one off before switching the other one on, so I have to control them individually which defeats the purpose of creating a scene with the app. If they sort this out then I would give it 4 stars but as it is it’s pretty useless to me

The “Siri Shortcut” feature was the only way to get the lights to go on with voice assistant. It no longer works.

The app is functional. I have a huge issue with the ethics of selling products claiming to be compatible with Amazon Alexa that require additional hardware and do not include that information. The light products are not compatible with Amazon Alexa, the “Smart Bridge” is but is a separate and necessary piece of hardware to use the lights through Amazon Alexa.

The app works very well but the dimmer on the panel remote does not. When pressing the dimmer on the panel it only works between 0% and 39%. No mater what I do the it will not go above 39%. Once pressed on the panel the only way to increase the brightness back to 100% is to use the app. Please help me fix this or I will have to return the device.

this is being written for the same reason everyone else has said. after 2 years of LOVING my lights the app randomly kicks me out and resets. this ironically happens the one time out the week i change the colors before changing them back. now my room is stuck half blue until this terrible company responds and teaches me how go reset the bulbs or my new lights from a different company gets here. smh. u shouldn’t need an account for this. i would give this a half star if i could.

I’ve used this app for 4 years, it work GREAT!!! and then I had to get the new updated version when I got a new phone and now it won’t work with the light I purchased four years ago. The light works perfectly fine, but I have no control over the RGB now. It will not connect or see the light. I’ve tried going through all the reset recommendations in the HELP section multiple multiple times. No deal. 

There’s no reset on the light itself. There’s no on off switch. There’s no buttons whatsoever. Just plug it in. Originally it worked great! Now the light is just pure white full power.

The light I’m using is a smart LED floodlight 24W IP 66 rated. This was the software app that came in the box to control the light.

I have been using it for years. Today I reset one of my light bulbs as it is not connected. And now it is not connected at all. The app is death.

App was installed to control the new led, dimmable lights in the RV along with the wall console. The wall console died with no option to replace. So, this app remains the only way to control the lights. Thank good was it works. I mounted an older phone on the wall (via MagSafe magnet). App works, and I liked it before it was the only solution. Is there anyway you can do a Watch App? Would be really helpful!! Thanks!!

After deciding to purchase a color changing lamp I found this and knew it was a great option. With all of the cool features such as the ability to set a timer to turn off the light (which I use before bed), easy access to many colors, very easy to use app, good build and easy to handle, and so much more. The many uses of this is endless. 5/5 still enjoy this product.

J’ai une question!????

Très efficace, j’ai 10 ampoules Yisun qui fonctionnent simplement et efficacement avec Hao deng, vraiment c’est simple et parfait! Bref je souhaite équiper toute ma maison,mais pour cela Je souhaite aller plus loin et me connecter avec Alexa, malheureusement Alexa ne reconnaît pas votre marque. 
Il me faut visiblement un pont (bridge) Comment faire pour me permettre de me connecter à Alexa?
