App won’t let me open it in order to log on. It’s worthless.

OTC items are limited on what you can buy, so using the camera scan is a must. But it does not work at all. So frustrated with the app and with HAP its self. It’s useless.

The rates are absolutely insane. So happy the USA has private health insurance because the rest of the world clearly struggles with universal healthcare.

I’ve used this app before now I am unable to even sign in to my account.  What is wrong with this app? I’ve deleted app and reinstalled, changed password but still nothing.

App rarely works. Had to use the actual site and that barely worked . Don’t even bother with it.

The app interface does not totally match to the website.  Some functions on the website cannot be accessed in the app, for example: my card - the HAP Flex+ Rewards Card.  Can’t activate it in the app and can’t access anything about this card.  Had to go to the HAP website to access.

This version is an improvement but it doesn’t give the option to order prescriptions from Pharmacy Advantage, only Express Scripts. So I’m forced to use the web instead.  Please add a link to PA like in your webpage.
