Before Everything thanks for your effort, I downloaded Qwen3.5-9B model but when I start a new chat then when I send the first message the apps crashes and take me out of the app

I downloaded this app to try and find alternatives to ChatGPT and when I went to use one of the models it completely bricked my phone. It took me forever to get it to do anything other than freeze on the open chat screen where I had typed ‘hi’ and hadn’t even pressed send. That’s crazy.

**Developer response:** Hi there, sorry about this. Freezing before you even press send is not ok, and I appreciate you reporting it.

Please update to the newest version. It includes performance improvements and should be more stable. I am also rolling out a better optimized set of on device models over the next few days, and you will start seeing new options appear soon. The app generally runs best on newer iPhones.

This app does, as others have said, blow away the competition! Haplo is so easy to use, very quick to respond, and just a joy to use. Try it out for yourself!

I love the idea of offline AI. The app is nice and simple and there are a lot of great customization options. However 4 out of the 5 models reply with gibberish when asked a question. Why is that?

This app used to work, but it doesn’t function anymore. Save your money and don’t purchase.

**Developer response:** Hi sunflowers,  we're really sorry to hear about your experience. A recent update (version 1.12) included a bug that caused some models to stop working properly. This has since been fixed in version 1.13.
