With that said for the last 3 or so weeks the app has been utter garbage after a maintenance period that occurred. Since then I have to open the app 3-4 times for it to load properly to be able to see my balance or interact with the interface at all. There are sometimes where it can take upwards of 5 minutes to get the app to fully load properly to be able to do the business I need to do. So with that said my current rating of the HAPO app is 2/5 stars until this issue is fixed. My phone is up to date, so is the app, and my phone is last years model. There’s no reason it should be this difficult to access my funds. Takes multiples times opening the app before I can finally get in. The first few times it’s just a black screen with the spinning circle. Sometimes the accounts load, but the spinning circle persists not being to do anything with the app. I have to completely close out of the app a few times and keep trying before it can finally load.
