But lost 2 stars as transaction experiences have been horrible under “Happen”! Nobody has a clue what they’re doing and customer support blindly copy-paste generic responses. Payments are not processed in time and blames the customer for their delays. Checking and Loan departments must start talking to each other and act as a single entity. Both of them tell customers to talk to the other party while the customer is left on a goose chase. They are lying on their site where they have “financial hardship? Call us to help”. Additionally my reoccurring savings transfer that I successfully cancelled and isn't even showing as active and yet the funds were still withdrawn. They also have no way of contacting them except by phone like its 1995.
