## What is Happet?

Happet — everything your cat and dog need, in one app.

Shop happet.net, just easier and faster from your phone:
• Browse by category, or go straight to Shop for Cats or Shop for Dogs.
• Search, filter and sort results the way you like.
• The product page shows all sizes; a sold-out size is marked sold out and can't be ordered.
• Same checkout as the website: cash on delivery or card, same delivery options.
• Sign in with your phone number (SMS code) or email, or order as a guest with no account.
• My Points: see your points and use them in the cart.
• Reorder: bring back a past order in one tap; whatever is still in stock goes into your cart.
• Track your order, save your addresses, keep a wishlist and profiles for your pets.
• Notifications about your order status.
• Product reviews with photos from other Happet customers.
• Help and support on WhatsApp from inside the app, and account deletion from inside the app too.

Delivery:
Free shipping from EGP 1,500 in Cairo and Giza, EGP 60 below that, and EGP 100 outside Cairo and Giza. Order before 1 PM in Cairo and Giza for same-day delivery. On Fridays we deliver to New Cairo (Tagamoa), Nasr City and Heliopolis only. Express delivery within 3 hours for orders placed before 6 PM: EGP 160, prepaid orders only.

The app is in Arabic today, with English coming soon.
