This is a great app and definitely worth trying the variety of different meditations and scenarios until you find the perfect one for you.

What an exquisite gift to the world this pocket collection of meditations is!
A wonderful resource to have to hand to guide us and for immediate use when we need to press the pause button for a few moments.
Beautifully produced, and I love the value wheel to lift us onto higher ground when we are getting too bogged down!
