This app is a wonderful way to track habits that will improve happiness and well-being. By tracking daily, the habits remain front-of-mind, helping me to practice them daily and retrain my brain to be happier!  I love being able to reflect on trends and journal about each of these new habits in one spot. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!
