We’ve been using HappiNest.AI across our Florida portfolio and it’s already transformed how our leasing agents work. The AI handles incoming leads in seconds, qualifies them accurately, and books tours without anyone chasing texts or calls. Our response time dropped from hours to under a minute, and our tours are up noticeably. The app is clean, intuitive, and syncs perfectly with our PMS, Rent Manager.
