## What is HappiScore?

Score your daily happiness out of 100.

Three axes to visualize your wellbeing:
- Subjective (40pts): Rate mood, stress, and satisfaction
- Actions (30pts): Check off exercise, socializing, going outside, learning
- State (30pts): Auto-track sleep, steps, and screen time

HealthKit integration pulls steps and sleep data automatically. Record daily and discover your happiness patterns.

Weekly averages and history show your progress. No need to be perfect - just track whether you did it or not.
