I‘ve been having sleep problems as of lately and was looking for a habit-tracking app when I stumbled upon this one. I tried it and was amazed by the simplicity, convenience, and AI suggestion tool that recommends habits based on your complaints or what you want to improve. I would highly recommend it since it has been my go-to for the past few weeks, and I’ve seen improvements in my sleep since then.
