But I would never buy gems because it’s too easy to accidentally use. During gameplay (which is timed) we are trying to do the task. Not looking at the clock. When time runs out,the option to continue by watching an ad or using gems comes up. The option to use gems is in a spot that I’m sure is accidentally hit by everyone. It doesn’t ask if you’re sure it just takes the gems. I am left horrified at the first 7 preview pictures of this game that weren’t there before. They seem incredibly weird, disturbing and fetishy, specially the ones with the babies,. It’s even more weird considering that this game has nothing to do with delivering babies or pregnancy… it’s just weird and I refuse to believe you guys don't know what you are doing . GROSS do better ### 3/5 — Very difficult *2025-12-20, version 1.0.135* : It used to be my favorite game, and I updated it (I had avoided updating for a long time). After the update, the game became very difficult, and you can no longer pass levels easily. I’ve now been stuck on the same stage for two weeks (adding VIP-category patients was a big mistake). We don’t care about dressing up our avatar, most clothing can’t even be purchased. Before the update it was challenging but if you worked at it enough you could get through the levels alright. The new VIP patients don’t add any enjoyment or positive aspects to the game, they only serve to make it much more frustrating to beat a level to try to get you to spend money. I’ve been grinding away and still can’t gather enough coins for upgrades to pass a level now that the VIPs are in the game. Sadly I think it’s time to move on to a new game. ### 3/5 — Fix the Ads *2025-09-12, version 1.0.125* I love playing this game but last update has nearly made this unplayable. When you click to watch an ad to get a extra few seconds it just hangs at the end of the ad - meaning you lose your bonus because you need to close the game and relaunch it. ### 2/5 — Tired of ad traps *2025-09-09, version 1.0.125* Really tired of stupid adds screwing me out of points/coins earned. You watch the ad to double points and then get stuck in the add, forcing you to kill the app as the only way out, which causes you to lose all the points you just earned. Fix the bugs please! I refuse to exchange real money for fake money my conscious won’t allow it. Before when you beat a level you could double your coins by watching an ad, now you only get 50% more by watching ads. Also, when you lose a level you watch an ad that is usually 30s-60s long but you only get 10s of gameplay added. Upgrades are 1000 coins plus but when you do finally pass a level after months you get like maybe 500 coins…. After posting a negative review, I got an e-mail from the company saying I could beat it if I tried and that it was completely free. It’s not completely free when you have to spend money to win. I am at the highest level and it keeps happening in the middle of playing. App has always been updated, no issues there. When I opened the app, I was back to Level 1 doing the tutorial. The first few hospitals are challenging but beatable getting you hooked but then they become impossible to beat without spending a fortune. I will have plenty enough upgrades that I should be able to beat it but still have to shell out more money for extra time or patients to win. And this game doesn’t give very many free coins and jewels like a lot of them do. They will offer cheap packages making it more likely you will buy them but it adds up and you don’t realize how much you’ve spent until you get an e-mail with the list of charges. Also, there are too many levels on the hospitals. The first one has 40 which is fine but then after that, there’s 60 levels. After about 40 or so, there are no new additions to the level and the last 15 to 20 are just repetitive and frustrating. To make it worse, later in the game they bump it up to 100 levels per hospital. There’s an endless mode after you finish each hospital but it’s pointless. You get very little coins for beating it in endless mode. I got a response from the company saying I could beat it if I tried and that it was free. It’s not free when you have to constantly shell out money to win. ### 1/5 — Quebec level has ended it for me *2025-12-21, version 1.0.135* Enjoyed this game. Spent far too much money on the game. But always enjoyed each of the “locations” until Quebec. It’s not a well designed level. It’s difficult to get any real rhythm in the “game”. Only on level 10 of this location and just don’t see finishing the level. I have even used the diamonds to advance—just to have to repeat and lose the 50 diamonds. I contacted customer support and was offered NO assistance or resolution. This has happened to me on several occasions. I contacted customer service once before and was told that I didn’t actually complete the level—which I thought was strange because I pay attention to how close I am to the next city. BUT when it happened a couple more times, I realized there must be some sort of glitch in the game-which is completely understandable. However, the response from customer service made me realize that this game is a TOTAL RIPOFF.
