I placed my order for collection in an hour, and paid by credit card. I got a notification on the app saying my order was being cooked. After 45 minutes, I travelled to Happy Choice to collect my order, I as I arrived outside the shop, I got a text message saying that my order had been rejected by Happy Choice. The shop was closed. Not on did they take my money under false pretences, failed to inform me for an hour, caused me a 4 mile round trip and wasted my time, they then informed me that it could take 3-5 days to get my money back.

Disappointing, regular customers of HAPPY CHOICE and this is the first time our order came inconveniently early. Delivery driver said that the kitchen sometimes does not adhere to the time on the order. Which is simply unacceptable. What is the point in choosing a delivery slot then? However, the food was spot on, as usual, at least it wasn’t an hour and 10 mins late.
