I’m on level 54 right now and I like this game a lot but I also find it annoying. It seems like there are way too many patients for one nurse and the earnings seem like they should be higher. I don’t want to have to spend $5-$20 just to buy a pack so I can have more cash, coins and gems. That is ridiculous! Losing a baby is not something to make light of in an app and have a little ghost rise up from a crying mother. The game started out fun and challenging, but over time it has become increasingly frustrating because progression feels heavily dependent on spending money. My biggest concern is that many levels seem nearly impossible to complete without repeatedly purchasing gems. Even after spending money on upgrades, the game often feels designed to push players toward additional purchases rather than rewarding skill or strategy. Another issue I’ve noticed is character movement. I have fully upgraded my character’s speed, yet the character still moves noticeably slowly. There are also times when the pathfinding seems inefficient, with the character taking unnecessary detours instead of the shortest route. This makes levels feel artificially harder and creates the impression that time is being intentionally wasted. What’s especially frustrating is that even when equipment and character upgrades are maxed out, some levels still feel impossible to complete without using premium currency. Upgrades should provide a meaningful advantage, but currently they often don’t feel powerful enough to justify the amount of time, effort, or money invested. I enjoy challenging games, and I understand that developers need to monetize their products. However, there is a difference between creating a challenge and creating obstacles that seem designed to force additional purchases. Right now, the balance feels unfair and takes away from what could otherwise be a very enjoyable game. I hope the developers will consider adjusting level difficulty, improving character pathfinding and movement, and making upgrades feel more impactful so players can succeed through skill and planning rather than constant spending.
