Wir haben Essen über die App bestellt und bezahlt, aber es wurde nie geliefert. In der App wurde angezeigt, dass unsere Bestellung angekommen sei, aber wir haben nichts erhalten. Wir haben gewartet, aber es gab keinen Anruf oder eine Benachrichtigung vom Restaurant, obwohl sie unsere Kontaktdaten hatten. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir ins Restaurant, um uns zu beschweren. Die Mitarbeiter sprachen kaum Englisch, und es dauerte lange, bis sie unser Problem verstanden. Nach viel Mühe gaben sie uns zwei Optionen: entweder das Essen jetzt zu nehmen oder 2-3 Tage auf eine Rückerstattung zu warten. Da sie unser Geld zuvor nicht zurückgegeben hatten, vertrauten wir nicht darauf, dass wir es diesmal bekommen würden. Stattdessen entschieden wir uns, einen Tisch für fünf Personen zu reservieren. Als wir ankamen, bekamen wir den schlechtesten Tisch im Restaurant. Obwohl wir reserviert hatten, wurde uns das Essen in kleinen Plastikboxen serviert, als wäre es wieder eine Lieferung. Es wurde in nur zwei Minuten zubereitet, was zeigt, dass es nicht frisch war – und der Geschmack war einfach schrecklich. Dieses Restaurant hat viele positive Bewertungen in den sozialen Medien, aber das ist alles eine Lüge. Unsere Erfahrung war enttäuschend, und wir werden nie wieder hierher kommen. Seid vorsichtig, bevor ihr hier bestellt!!! ### 1/5 — Ужасно! *2025-01-31, version 3.1.9* Ужасно е приложението откъм следене на поръчката. Оправете тъпото време, защото от 20 мин пише 5 мин, и това е всеки път. Не може да се затвори или скрие и заради това поръчката не може да се проследи. Независимо колко пъти рестартираш приложението. ### 1/5 — Омагьосан кръг: *2025-01-27, version 3.1.9* При опит за логване се изписва: грешно потребителско име или парола (при условие, че НЕ СА ГРЕШНИ - от компютъра влизам безпроблемно)... Но приложение не запоминает адрес, и его приходится вводить каждый раз при заказе (вместе с кучей других полей - фамилия и имя, e-mail, телефон). Зачем такие сложности?
