자기 전에 오늘 있었던 일 중에서 안좋았던 일만 반추하는 습관이 있는데 의식적으로 노력해도 잘 고쳐지지 않았어요. 근데 하루 에피소드를 보면서 좋았던 사건을 하나라도 찾게 돼요. 그러면서 이상하게 마음이 편해지는 걸 느껴요. 다음 에피소드가 궁금해서 매일 들어가보게 돼요! 불면증 있는 친구한테도 추천해줬오요.

처음엔 그냥 예쁜 캐릭터 앱이겠거니 했는데, 쓰다 보니까 진짜 습관이 됐어요. 매일 하루가 보내주는 짧은 영상이 뭔가 거창한 게 아니라 그런가 그걸 보면 "아 나도 오늘 이런 거 있었는데" 하고 떠오르는 순간이 생기더라고요. 퇴근하고 지쳐서 아무것도 하기 싫은 날에도 하루 영상 하나 보고 나면 마음이 좀 풀려요. 그리고 자연스럽게 오늘 뭐가 좋았지? 하고 생각하게 되고, 한 줄이라도 적게 돼요. 원래 일기 같은 거 안 쓰는 사람인데, 이 앱에서는 부담이 없어서 계속 쓰게 됩니다. 영상 퀄리티도 솔직히 앱 치고 놀라울 정도로 예쁘고, 캐릭터 하루가 점점 정이 들어요.
