There are two restaurants near me and both have given me attitude about how they cannot use coupons from this app because they don’t have scanners. Then, when you try to order through the app, it won’t give you the discount there, and it tells you you need to order it in person and show them the app. They get really fussy with you, and I’ve literally had someone argue with me before. Can this be fixed so that it works at all locations? Maybe more of a customer service issue…but the app would help eliminate some issues if it worked. ### 1/5 — 3 Sign In’s Zero Pizza *2024-04-28, version 1.2* I signed up for the app and used Apple to sign in, then went to order and it asked for me to log in- which I did again then asked for location which I already had my local Happy Joes then I had to log in again. I gave up, my suggestion is to call - it will be less challenging and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Good luck trying to redeem rewards *2024-04-15, version 1.2* The app clearly says “redeem 100 points for $10 off your next purchase.” However, every time I want to redeem rewards, the restaurant declines letting me do so because it’s already part of a “deal,” i.e. family night, which was nearly $25 when I last went months ago. I’m sure it’s even higher now. Another location didn’t want to accept rewards for the buffet lunch a couple of weeks ago. Unreal, there is no “deal” for that! This is one of the most expensive pizza places in the area and they’re not nearly as busy as they once were. Initially, it was because of the game room for our kids, but they always have a consistently delivered pizza (Canadian bacon and sausage). No idea how it has 4.7 stars *2025-05-02, version 1.3* This app is seriously awful. Experience varies by location, apparently. Menu is set up by size of pizza (?) and you scroll for days to find what you want. Hit the wrong button to add your second item and you’ll be selecting your location and configuring your pizza multiple times before you finally get sent to the payment screen. And heaven help you if you think you might have a reward. They send these dumb “reward in app” emails which lead you to believe there is a way to get a discount when in fact there is not. You can enter a coupon code but of course there wasn’t one of those in your email. So terrible I may stop ordering HJs because the app makes me so mad. The first time I tried to use the app, after struggling with it glitching and just straight up crashing, I finally got the order in, only to show up at the store where they don’t have an order. Impossible to use any rewards or points, hard to navigate. The most recent update brings you to a page you have to put your phone number in to “verify information”, only for it to tell you “someone’s already used that number” and you’re stuck on that page, no amount of exiting out or even deleting and reinstalling will fix it. What’s the point of making customers use the app for deals/rewards if the app doesn’t work?
