## What is Happy Journal?

Happy Journal is a gratitude journal that invites you to write. Open it and the first thing you see is a simple question: what made you happy today?

WRITE IT DOWN IN SECONDS
Type a line or a page, pick a mood, add a photo if you like, and tap Save Today's Happiness. That's it. A gentle daily prompt gives you a nudge when the page is blank, and your streak keeps you coming back.

TAG IT. SPOT THE PATTERNS.
Add #hashtags as you write (#coffee, #family, #sunsets) and Insights turns them into a chart of what lifts you up most, week by week, along with your moods and your streak. Search any tag to find every moment behind it.

HAPPY LISTS
Curate the things you love: your top seven movies, comfort foods, songs that never miss, favorite games, books, and happy places. Start from a template or make your own. Number them, reorder them, mark favorites, add links and photos, and give each list its own color.

SHARE THE LISTS YOU LOVE
Make any list public and share it with one tap. Friends see a clean web page with your list. Everything else stays private, always.

YOUR JOURNAL, EVERYWHERE
Sign in with your email and your notes and lists sync across your iPhones. Recent entries are cached so you can read them offline, and dark mode is built in.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Notes and photos are yours alone, protected by row-level security in the database. Nothing is sold, nothing is used to train AI, and there is no tracking of any kind. A few small banner ads keep the app free; they are never targeted using anything about you. You can delete your account and every piece of your data from the Profile tab at any time.

Happy Journal is free. No subscription, no locked features, no upgrade prompts.
