I’m at level 10,733. Recently the game stopped working. After I win a level it marks me as losing, which means I lose super UFO. Sometimes it pops a screen asking if I want to restore my saved progress from the server. If I click yes I get my win back. But that screen doesn’t always show up, so I have to rebuild super UFO. Also, last two weeks I don’t get any of the bullseye or star challenge or boat race challenges anymore. It’s almost as if they are trying to drain all my resources, money, and powerups. Please fix the game!!! I tried to contact them but no answer. I’m a dedicated player, please fix these bugs. ### 2/5 — Please Fix a bug with Weekly Challenge Event *2025-11-18, version 1.0.37* I basically like this game. However, recently there’s been a bug where I don’t receive the specified rewards even after completing the weekly challenges and other tasks, and the customer support has been unhelpful as well. On top of that, the matching items have become very small lately, and the background is black, which makes my eyes really tired. Overall, I can feel my increased disappointment. ### 3/5 — No Ads while racing *2025-03-11, version 1.0.37* Why would you guys set this up so when we are racing with others to,win coins you throw Ads in to slow us down. That’s not fair. I spend a lot of money on your games and when I try to win sm free stuff you guys make it harder for us to win. I love the games just don’t like the ads when I’m trying for something free. One more thing when I spend my $19.99 to get the 1000 coins and the other things X 12 or 15 extras. I don’t get my coins for 24 hours or so. When I push to pay you don’t have a problem with getting my money. But then I gotta wait for my coins a whole day. Most unfair. If I’m trying to win that game and I’m on a role, and I spend $19.99 right fast cause I want to win.. Then you all make us wait..Unfair. Talk with your team and fix this. The worst part is the graphics. You need to match 3 items at a time to clear the area. The problem is a potato 🥔 looks like an 🧅 An apple 🍎 looks like a tomato 🍅. This has to have the worst graphics i have ever seen. But it’s just another match 3 game and truly unimpressive overall. They do throw the impassable for FTP level at you much earlier that most other match games though.
