I am on level 1768. I have ran out of game. I’ve been waiting for months for them to add new additions so I can keep building, but I have built everything. I want to keep playing. I have 400 stars saved up. But there’s no sense in it if there’s nowhere to go in the game anymore. I love the graphics. The levels are very hard sometimes and that keeps me on my toes. I have had it on every phone I’ve ever had. I am really going to miss it. However, some levels are ridiculously hard and take days and days to complete, literally. Because the finish window comes up right across the middle of the playing board, in my rush to get all the pieces I finish up tapping on the button to use my coins to continue. The coins don’t come easily, the most I have managed to collect is around 700. I wouldn’t use these when I know I’m not going to win, but I’ve lost them all and many more this way. I have contacted support about moving the window off the playing board but they are not helpful. I thought they would’ve at least reimbursed me my coins as this is a design fault with the game in my opinion. Support initially responded but has not replied in over a week despite multiple follow-ups and requests for escalation. They even said that it is possible to fix…but that they basically just didn’t feel like it. (In so many words).
