In this version, it only allows sign up via phone number (yeah not even a login option). When I tried to link my old email address, all my rewards were erased. I’m honestly not sure what kind low iq individuals designed the app but I could have probably done a better job with ChatGPT and some more common sense. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2023-07-08* Password gets saved into soendgo.con and not to happyandhe.com, so I spent about 15 minutes trying to reset it. Does not use Apple Pay, so you have to dig around for a credit card as you awkwardly order on your phone. Dear developers: please give a think to user experience! You are losing sales when people just give up. ### 1/5 — App is horrendous *2022-11-12* Every time you attempt to logon it says “Something went wrong.” Not helpful ### 2/5 — Love Happy and Hale, hate their app *2019-06-27* Can’t order items from kids menu, can’t order more than 2 veggies on my breakfast wrap. I try to put extra veggies in the special comments, which is usually ignored. One time I got a lecture on how I should have to pay for extra veggies... I’ll gladly pay extra, but the app doesn’t let me. Very frustrating experience. ### 2/5 — Meh *2019-02-28* I enjoy the restaurant but this app is lacking. Clearly set up to be compatible, rather than built for the iOS environment. I don’t know if it’s a system issue or what, but a lot of the ingredients were left off and an ‘extra’ item was entirely left off (not added at all!). But options are somewhat limited when it comes to additions and modifications that might cost extra, and sometimes menu items are just plain missing when the staff says they should be available. Today, for instance, I couldn’t find an option to add an extra dressing (upcharge or no). I’d feel weird about adding extra tip and asking for more dressing in the comments - and the character limit in the comments box is way too short anyway. And on occasion the app just doesn’t work: doesn’t open; requires me to re-enter my login deets even though I have face ID activated; or doesn’t let me check out. So I’m glad H&H started letting us earn points at the checkout counter in person, because the app doesn’t always work fully.
