You clowns bought my hometown bank and ruined everything. Including the app. Start over. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2026-08-18, version 1.6.0* Face ID does not ever work for me. My correct password does not ever work either. I can log in fine on the web version, but on the app it always says password incorrect. For the rare times my password and/or Face ID works, it makes me answer the security questions. It just feels worse in every way than the old app, which even then was clunky. ### 1/5 — Check deposit feature malfunctions *2026-08-18, version 1.6.0* Not only does the camera setting not work correctly to deposit a check, but the location feature isn’t working; making it difficult to find my nearest location to physically deposit the check! Typically that fixes the issue but this time still no luck. I have to delete the app periodically to get it to work. Literally would give -5 stars if it would allow for that. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2026-08-12, version 1.6.0* The amount of issues I’ve had with username and password are ridiculous, and the password reset screen doesn’t even work. When I’ve had to call about an issue I’m just put on a callback list, which I never receive. I’ve had to go weeks on end without access to my mobile banking. ### 1/5 — Unpleased *2026-08-12, version 1.6.0* Every time I log in, it tells me I entered the incorrect password and then requires me to reset it constantly and makes me answer security questions every time I log on. Super inconvenient. ### 1/5 — So many crashes and a pain *2026-08-10, version 1.6.0* Every time I open it, I have to do a Face ID and then I have to go to security questions. What’s the point of that and then once I’m in it, it crashes multiple times thinking about switching banks just because of this. ### 1/5 — Fix your app *2026-08-05, version 1.6.0* What’s the point of having the app if it is always “under maintenance”? Can’t ever log on because of that. Face ID doesn’t always work and you have to then verify your user id and password? C’mon man. I swear this bank wants to lose customers. I never had issues on the previous app compared to this one. Security questions every login, can’t login with face, can’t login with password, error, error, error.
