The floors were disgusting, our feet were black. Dishes were so dirty but I know why - the dishwasher was broken. We called twice for maintenance and never even got a call back. There was a baby pacifier in one of the beds, not ours. The patio furniture is all broken. Had someone called us back I probably wouldn’t have even left a negative review. Also the cleaning staff in lobby was sooo rude. Also got stuck in the elevator - tho I know that’s no one’s fault. ### 4/5 — lots of potential *2026-08-02, version 2.93* This house has a lot of potential. We just wish that the owners would give it the TLC that is needed to get a 5 star review. Being AirBnB owners ourselves? we know what it takes to give vacationers what they want. The kitchen looked wonderful this year. The floors did as well. The new carpets were delightful. Unfortunately, my father was hospitalized Sunday after dinner and died this Sunday. It was good to have the family together. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Super Clean *2026-07-19, version 2.93* A great house. Super clean and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. I would suggest TVs in the bedrooms. The only one with a TV was the primary bedroom. Also, the primary bedroom does not allow access to the closet. The virtual tour shows the primary with a closet so this is misleading. There was a small portable clothing rack in the corner of the room to use but the closet was locked and required a code for access. A primary without a closet is not feasible. The hot tub was old and did not fully function either. ### 3/5 — Clam Bake *2026-07-18, version 2.93* This property was listed as keyless. It was not keyless. The home alarm system kept going off also with several messages. There is no outdoor shower as listed it does not work. Yes I told Thomas about this and all I got was we will put a work order in or excuses. The lady who checked us out was very nice. The property was clean and the maintenance guy who cane out to our home was very friendly. Was looking for dining suggestions but couldn’t find anything for the area on the app. ### 3/5 — Stay in CA602N *2026-07-05, version 2.92* First, the view is absolutely amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The condo listing mentioned that the owners have been making updates, and it does appear that much of the kitchen and both showers have been renovated. However, considering the price of the rental, there are still several areas that could use additional attention. The tile flooring either needs to be replaced or, at a minimum, professionally cleaned and re-grouted. It also becomes very slippery when coming in from the beach or stepping out of the shower, which could be a safety concern. The kitchen cabinets have been updated, but the remaining cabinetry throughout the condo, along with the ceiling fans, could use modernization. The ceiling fans cannot be operated by the wall switches, which is inconvenient, especially at night. In addition, they are quite old, become very noisy at higher speeds, and are not very effective. The mattresses throughout the condo also need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. The king bed consists of two twin mattresses that separate during the night, leaving a gap in the middle, and the bed is extremely firm. The other mattresses sag significantly, even when simply sitting on them. We also noticed that one of the bed frames appears to be coming apart from the headboard. Finally, the rugs in the back bathroom are quite worn, stained, and dated. Replacing them would greatly improve the overall appearance and cleanliness of the space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the incredible view and the updates that have already been completed. With a few additional improvements, the condo would better reflect the premium price being charged. ### 2/5 — Tcurry *2026-07-03, version 2.92* The app keeps glitching anytime I try to view something other than the address of my rental. If I click on the amenities button the screen goes crazy then goes back to the Home Screen. It did the same thing when I was trying to make the payment. ### 4/5 — King kracken *2026-06-27, version 2.92* A few things about our house first they were ants throughout the house, second there was a lot of trash and junk under the house that I guess others had left, the dishwasher leaked a lot every time we ran it, the interior could’ve been a little bit cleaner. There was grease on the lights in the kitchen from cooking and a couple bulbs are burned out in the chandelier over the dining room table, game room is not really what I would call a game room. It was something that was fenced in underneath the porch with a pool table in it. The dryer probably needs its hose cleaned out because it took forever to dry the clothes either that or the hose is squished in the back of the dryer. Also, check-in time was four and when we got there, they were still cleaning. and I’ve also never had to make my own bed when I got there. outdoor furniture was incomplete. There were no tables at the pool and the tables that were on the deck had no glass on them. ### 3/5 — Love the OB *2026-06-20, version 2.92* We stayed at 5 o’clock Somewhere. Big comfortable home. We did have some issues with sink faucet in the kitchen that sprayed you when you turned it on and other needed repairs. We also thought they should have left some dish towels and other items such as small soaps for the bathrooms. There was nothing of the sort and it makes it difficult when you first come in you can’t even wash your hands. I have to call customer service to process payments each time. Rental company tells me it’s my browser - no, tried 5 different browsers and the app. ALL of them refresh the page as soon as I start entering info on payment page. Been reporting this issue to the rental company for over a week. Very frustrating. The vacation rental company used to use a different pay app. Not sure why they changed. This system provides way less information on top of the payment issues. DO BETTER! ### 1/5 — Why are people reviewing the *properties* and not the app? *2026-06-09, version 2.92* This app requires an access code to see anything at all, so it is exceptionally unclear how one is supposed to use it to *make* a reservation. The “customer support” link from the App Store goes to a 404 page. Maybe this app is great for property owners but I am a person who wants to see a reservation and it is pretty lousy for that. It has no way to browse. If you do not have an access code the way you get one is email address and check in date which seems incredibly insecure. Most of the reviews of this app are actually reviews of the vacation houses people rented through the app. Not the same thing, honestly kind of irrelevant and should be removed. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2026-05-28, version 2.91* App is very difficult to navigate, you cannot copy to paste anything you need. It truly exceeded our expectations. Rooms and kitchen were well appointed. The golf cart, beach towels and chairs were a great added touch. The plethora of dolphins were a highlight of the week. Plenty of room to move about. Used the fire pit and the grill. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall - day of checkout property management lady sitting in car outside waiting for us to leave. As our last car was driving out she got out of car and went inside. Kind of ruined the moment - we left 1/2 hr early. There was plenty of time to get in and look around. Give people a chance. That was the only downside. ### 5/5 — 30A BMB14 *2026-05-13, version 2.91* Our stay was great. The condo was clean and had all the essentials we needed. Pros: Bed was comfortable. Couch and chairs in living room were comfortable. Washer/dryer combo was nice. Has a hair dryer in bathroom. Walking distance to several places. Bike rental is nearby. Condo being on the bottom floor is nice! Cons: Fridge ice doesn’t work and the fridge water needs a filter attachment. Dishwasher works, but put the tablet in the bottom, not where it should go. The latch will not open and the dishes will not be clean. Noise from upstairs condo can be irritating. I recommend bringing a white noise machine or fan to help with that. We had a fan. The 2 sliding doors have screen doors, but they both have holes. Side note: Water pressure in shower could be better. I’m sure it’s due to a water restriction on the shower head. Also, No beach chairs/umbrella. Bring your own or rent daily. Nothing fun for kids in condo.
