Only download the app if you are 1000% sure about the trip *2022-02-24, version 4.1.3* I had booked a indigo ticket from mumbai Amritsar and back for January 2022. The tickets total was 49k. Although due to rise in Covid, I cancelled both the to and fro tickets in December 2021. Everything was ok. Problem started after a month when there was no refund. When Enquiries were made indigo confirmed that only one ticket is cancelled and they have processed the refund. When checked with HappyEasyGo they told me that I haven’t cancelled one ticket. I told them their app also says I’ve cancelled but the person talking to me was very rude. He said “MEIN BOL RAHA HOON NA AAPNE EK HI KIYA HAI”. And when the refund came it was just 1350/-. So they are fraudsters who will soon get arrested for cheating so many people. DONT DOWNLOAD. Pay a convenience fee on other apps but DONT DOWNLOAD HAPPYEASYGO. ### 1/5 — Don’t download, very high charge for cancellation. *2022-02-21, version 4.1.3* There cancellation charges are way higher. And they don’t mention them clearly on the page while booking the flight, it’s even not mentioned in the terms and conditions on the booking page. To know the complete cancellation charge you need to go to home page then t and c. Beside convenience fee they also charge a ₹500 service charge on cancellation which is not there on any other platform. This was my first and last booking done here. Tip for everyone: Don’t download it. ### 1/5 — Money not refunded *2022-02-12, version 4.1.3* This app is totally fraud ,I booked my flight via HappyEasyGo but I had to cancel my flight, I did it directly via airlines and the airlines refunded the amount but HappyEasyGo didn’t . This is extortion at its peak totally unjustified and malicious . I urge people not to book through this . There customer service is extremely informal , called them 7 times and they kept on saying it will be done after 10 days and finally said they have some cancellations charges and can’t refund . Pathetic customer service the worst one I have ever seen. Till date I never received the refund dropped N number of mails and call many times for the status still I don’t see a hope of getting back the refund. Out of frustration I called the air lines directly they mentioned me there proceeded the refund within two days of cancelling the flight and even sent to to happyeasygo. But these guys say still process my refund from last 75 days and still processing. Extremely awful service. However, when you come to rescheduling or seeking support on any existing booking, the chameleon traits will be evident with paws and nails. They are unavailable in their so called 24x7 customer care phone numbers when tried for 2 straight hrs from various phone number on a Saturday morning around 11am. Worst and pathetic service and customer support. Looking at the registration of the organisation, looks like its a miniscule travel agency from Assam with one man army company, registered with 2 Gurgaon based phone numbers. Fraudsters!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service! Not at all trustworthy *2021-12-26, version 4.1.1* I booked a flight for 4 passengers in June for the month of August. The flight got cancelled due to Airline's operational issues. I was eligible for full refund. It's been 3 Months now and I have not received my refund. Whenever I call they only say that it's processing and does not provide proper information. They have the worst service and really unprofessional, do not download this app and do not fall under the trap of big discounts. We contacted airline for cancellation. They provided us full refund due to medical emergency. Now comes the monster, Happy Easy Go! Moreover, after calling for months they said that their manager is too busy to talk to us and resolve our query. You book flight for a certain date and they will confirm tickets for some other random date and will ask you to pay reschedule charges. This has happened with couple of my friends too and everyone cannot make the same mistake again and again. Customer support never answers and if they do, they keep you on hold and never answer back. Absolutely rubbish and rude staff. DONT, just DONT book flights or hotels or anything at all from this app. They book the flight and if the flight is cancelled, they don’t give back the refund. Even if you are eligible for full refund from the airline, they will just not give you. The only thing they will say is “Please allow us more time”. First of all you’ll be lucky if you get a prompt response by the customer (Both call and email) and then according to them it will take 45-90 days for refund process. I am not even kidding they actually take that long in 2021. Plus even though I provided all the documents as proof of full refund, they still end up sending me incorrect amount. I request the founder/CEO of Happy easy go to book a ticket from HEG as a anonymous person and then cancel their ticket with a refund. They scam and cheat people, that is all they do for a living. My issue was I was Covid positive at the time of travel and couldn’t travel, I wrote and submitted documents to the airlines they refunded the amount immediately but HappyEasyGo go here decided they won’t return the money. I have sent them more than a 100 mails till date, with all required information including the transaction IDs of the refund by the airlines but they won’t process the refund. They just take advantage of you. God knows how this company gets away with cheating so many customers, refer the reviews on Google. But however tempting the offers and discount seem, please don’t get into a bad decision of booking through them. ### 1/5 — Happy Easy Go *2021-05-12, version 3.5.3* This Happy Easy go is waste company who will fool its customer while booking flight ticket by showing less price and discount. While booking It will show us no convenience fee ( On invoice fare breakdown will be shown to us with including convenience fee and that convenience fee is being reverse by showing refund. However at the time refund when flight is being canceled by Air line they will deduct convenience fee. However when I contacted Air lines they mention that they initiated full refund including convenience fee, but this happy easy go company is taking convenience fee back and fooling Customer ....! My Request for you guys is never use this Happy Easy go instead of this use other apps or try booking directly on Airline official page..! ### 1/5 — Very slow processing of refunds *2021-05-02, version 3.5.2* Even after getting refund from airlines, they don’t initiate refunds and wait for 45-90 days for processing intentionally just to earn interest on that. Also there is no clarification of refunds being processed to passengers. No details of deductions. No proper response from customer care. If this was the case from the beginning, why didn’t you just say so? Why mislead your customers with false timelines? On top of that, your “Submit a Query” option linked to the cancelled ticket is completely useless, I never received any response. If you’re not going to respond to queries, why provide that feature at all? Just to show off you have a system in place when in reality it’s just a black hole? This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Stop wasting customers time with fake commitments. We are put on hold for minimum 15 minutes before anyone answers call. The agents are extremely rude. Booked an Indigo flight and by mistake entered a wrong name. Contacted indigo customer care immediately, they said if I book a new ticket within 4 hrs I will get a full refund for the previous ticket. Refund was immediately processed by indigo to happyeasygo and I have the reference number. After contacting happyeasygo they said very rudely you have to raise a separate request with us and it will take another 20 days to process the refund. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour and policies. Avoid this app ### 1/5 — Fraudsters Simply ! *2022-10-31, version 4.1.3* I booked flight from GoFirst, they cancelled due to operational reason, they refunded back full amount of cancelled ticket, but these fraudsters are not picking call, i have been calling for days. They don’t even bother to reply on email, when you mail to their customer support. And i got their business mantra as well, First and foremost scam people. Second give deep discounts, but keep convenience fees high, so if at all flight is cancelled due to whatever reason, they are still earning a lot, even though they discount sometimes more than others but still keep their convenience fees highest when you compare with others. So please i suggest all, simply dont even download this app, this is simply fraud. Request apple also to please take this fraud off from App store. ### 1/5 — Worst Experience and horrible policies *2022-05-08, version 4.1.3* I book a flight in January and due to Covid, got it cancelled from the airline. Notified HappyEasyGo. It’s been around three and half months and they haven’t refunded the amount back. I had book another ticket from GoIbibo and they refunded the amount in 3 days. Every time I call the HappyEasyGo customer care, they tell me the same thing - to wait for 7 to 10 more days. I would recommend everyone - please never book your tickets from this app. It’s a trap if you’d want to make any amendments to your booking. Worst app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. ### 1/5 — Worst service - the app really fools people *2022-03-22, version 4.1.3* I had the worst booking experience using this app. I booked my ticket to Bangalore from Ranchi and added insurance to avail re-schedule option on my ticket. My flight was re-scheduled from airline and the timing was not suiting me, hence I planned to re-schedule my ticket but I was informed that I can’t re-schedule my ticket. Also, when I enquired to cancel my ticket, I was told that I won’t get any money as there will be a cancellation charge which I would require to pay to happy easy go of INR 500. They never mentioned these things as T&C while I was booking the ticket. I would strongly recommend one should book the ticket directly from Airline instead of these bogus apps. It’s better to pay Rs 500 additional but you would save lot more in circumstances like mine. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service. The ticket isn't visible when you click on the ticket option in the My Tickets section. It opens up Happy Easy Go website on the in app browser instead of opening the PDF of the ticket.
