My 40,000 is stuck with them. All they do is lie that airline didn’t refunded them yet. Never use this website. They are completely fraud and scam. Never trust them and stay away completely. Now i dont have any hopes of getting my refund from these scammers. I even took their vip support by paying 500 extra and im doing booking from them is my biggest mistake ### 1/5 — Scam App *2025-12-30* I just booked a ticket worth 3766, as soon as I booked it, website showed that booking is in progress and will be verified manually before confirmation. The status of my booking went to verification pending and later the same day got cancelled as it could not be confirmed with airlines due to increased fare. Now I should have received a full refund, but got only 3366. Not sure where the remaining 400 Rs went to as the booking itself was never confimed. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-08-13* I'm a new user, and I recently booked a ticket through a website called HappyFares. Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that this website may not be reliable. After I completed my booking, I received a message stating that my reference number is [insert reference number]. However, the message also informed me that my booking was not completed, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. I intend to raise this issue with the Civil Aviation Authority to ensure that others do not encounter the same problems I faced. ### 1/5 — This is fraud/scam site *2025-05-28* Hi , This website is a scam. While booking the flight they will sent the message but when any flight cancled even 4 days before also they will not sent any message or info . They will not refund your money or cancel your ticket even airline change the date of your boarding . I booked ticke for 28 th may but airline changed it to 30may . When i asked happyfare customer care they are saying sorry we cannot help . I have taken the insurance while booking flight but they are not ready to discuss about insurance . They are saying , we dont know about it , just talk to your insurance provider. It seems to be a scam site or fraud one . My advice please go for other good reputated app. “BECAREFULL” ### 1/5 — Avoid at all cost *2025-05-22* Below Average experience. Booking was okay. Check in was pathetic; 5-10 random passengers booked on same PNR. Almost missed the flight because web checkin couldn’t be done and add on not possible. Couldn’t select seat. No confirmation of ticket till 12 hours before departure; PNR INVALID on airline website till last minute. You can only check flight status on happyfares website in last 6-12 hours before departure. No response or useless response from customer care. ### 1/5 — Flight booking *2025-04-26* I am book my flight next day my ticket is cancel but my ticket is sowing confirm but I do not confirm by airlines thay not booked my flight after that I request to refund my money thay told me airlines not refund our account thay send me the refund amount after airlines paid till now any amount not received my account i don’t know why please keep distance this type of apps ### 1/5 — Scamming App *2023-06-16* Please stay away from this App. They are hand in glove with airlines like Spicejet. HappyFares will take payment and won’t issue tickets. As per this IIPM grads company. They do bulk booking and passanger name is shared only 24 hours prior to flight take off time. Before departure date you will get an email from Happy fares that Airlines has cancelled the flight. Now at this stage you would want your refund. You call up airlines and they will say they don’t have any detail of yours as Happy fares hasn’t shared any. You call Happy fares and they will say. We will deduct money as cancellation charge (this despite flight not operating.) even if you ask for leftover money. They will put it on to airlines. That when Spicejet will refund we will give you. Surprise surprise- Airline doesn’t have your detail. Happy fares never shared any and they will not return money coz Spicejet never returned any. Reaching out to DGCA is of no use either. Only consumer court case will open this panders box. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2023-06-02* I booked a flight from DBR to BLR which got cancelled 4 days prior to the departure and I kept on calling to their number but they didn’t respond. They are just third party who books the ticket in bulk and you won’t be able to change anything from your end so u will be calling them only and you will keep on waiting for the calls to be connected…So simply book at some other recognised companies. ### 1/5 — Refund related problem *2022-08-03* Guys don't book ticket through these people, airline has returned full money on my cancellation but these people are charging 3,500/- as cancellation charges for no reason. When asked with there customer support they are just making excuses and disconnecting the calls. Stop fooling around people, my humble request to all of you don't use this crap app. My complaint number :- HBB7S3T3 ### 1/5 — Worst app *2022-07-30* Today I have booked a flight through HappyFares . I have completed my payment through PhonePe Upi and money is deducted from my bank account I have my UTR number of the payment after the payment is done there is no Sign of booking. They gave me a Reference Number , when I am trying to check my booking with reference number it’s showing payment is pending but my money deducted .
