You can’t add people to a private note and it’s hard to add tags quickly

For some reason this app does not maintain a login. You will miss notifications because your sign in timed out. This is an incredibly dumb feature and defeats the entire purpose I got this app and platform.

Bit disappointed, having spent a lot of time and resources swapping over from Freshdesk really disappointed. There’s a few pros like integrating with Jira but other than that not much else. The notifications that come through on the app have no context just the ticket number so can’t see if it’s relevant and then when you do look must of the time you can’t view the content.  For the cost needs sorting

We only use this app to give us notifications so we can open the 1.0 app.

Links in canned actions are reformatted so they are break / can’t be opened.

In-line pictures in canned actions are replaced with ![][1]  

You can’t highlight text to be able to translate it like the old app

You can’t look back at the ticket you are responding to like the old app.

Love the software and the app,  but please test your updates before rolling out. 

The prior update to this one made it where all my field techs were getting an error message about CC’ing recipients when it worked perfect a day before the update. Now, I’m getting this feature is not available for your account, when I definitely know it is. It’s worked for the past year. 

Please test.

Works ok, but a few things are broken that make it so that you need to get to a computer anyway. For example, I can’t view any attachments to tickets. If you have a basic ticket it works ok,  but if you need to do anything besides the bare minimum it doesn’t work well.

No way to record time, can’t change who you’re replying to, and who knows what else. They should’ve tested this thing better before releasing it. Switching back to the old app.
