## What is HappyLog?

1. Welcome to the Happiness Journal!
The shortcut to achieving happiness doesn't lie in learning theories or attaining enlightenment, but in how long you can persistently repeat simple actions. We hope you will make your daily happiness routine a habit through this journal.

2. Three Daily Happiness Routines!
-Recognizing your body and emotions: The brain, where happiness mainly resides, was originally designed to serve the body. Noticing and recording your physical and emotional state is the first step toward happiness.
-Writing a gratitude journal: Consciously recalling three positive experiences, pleasant emotions, or things you’re thankful for each day is a routine that plants the seeds of happiness.
-Writing a good deed journal: Homo sapiens are unique in that they can only experience true happiness when others feel joy because of them, transcending mere personal pleasure. One act of kindness each day can blossom into true happiness.

3. 180-Day Gratitude Journal Challenge (6 months)
We cannot sow the seeds of happiness while leaving our brain’s 3.5-million-year-old negativity bias untouched. By writing a gratitude journal for 180 days, your brain will undergo structural changes, creating fertile ground to receive the seeds of happiness.
