But the App crashes. Can’t watch recorded videos. The second you leave your house you can no longer connect. There is zero support for this app/camera. The camera was easy to set up but the app glitched so bad that we were only ever able to remote connect successfully once. It worked when we were in our own home and connected to our own WiFi but what’s the point of that? No support to figure out a fix. We ended up just throwing out the camera since the app was so bad. Definitely do not recommend getting either! My camera worked one time and now it won’t reset or even reset and the app gives no help at all. The app is very hard to navigate. I have deleted and added the app again. Same thing. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-03-05* Unfortunately if you’re here you probably bought the Tooge pet cam, and if you did, I’m sorry. It’s garbage but the app is worse garbage. If you’re here wondering if you should buy the Tooge cam, don’t, because the only way to use it is through this app, which doesn’t work. I had to create a new account with the same user name. Once that was created and provided the info to my significant other to log in, prompt stated I had the incorrect user name and password. HOW??? I literally just created this account. Also when typing in your log in, it comes as blank and it seems as if you aren’t typing anything. ### 1/5 — Cannot reset password, get error *2021-09-18, version 1.0.12* I cannot reset my hapsee account password, so I cannot even use the app. I tried registering my account and it tells me an account with that email already exists. I then tried resetting my password and a get an error code 2003. The hd camera seems to provide high quality video day or night with little to no wait time to get online. No way to view any videos I’ve saved. No good. I setup my time zone for pacific time and it’s an hour off. When you try to playback videos from the SD card the videos don’t always load. When you turn off the motion detection and then turn it back on, it won’t alert you until you unplug the power cord from the camera and plug it back in or reset it. The camera is not bad itself it’s just the app that def needs more improvement.
