### 2/5 — Hard to use

*2026-07-01*

The idea of using the watch to use the metronome with vibration is so ingenious and good, but the feeling of use is so bad. The vibration strength is so weak that it seems difficult to use when necessary. As other reviews have written, it is very difficult to adjust the metronome beat. An app I would like to recommend to anyone if these two things are solved

### 2/5 — Too weak

*2026-06-22, version 1.7.4*

Not ideal for music practice. I turned the haptics to strong in settings and I can still barely feel this metronome unless I’m touching the watch with my other hand.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2026-01-26, version 1.7*

Good app, but let down by the strength of the watch haptic, and no apparent option to adjust.

### 4/5 — Request for sound

*2025-11-06, version 1.7*

This is a great app with a near premise, although I would love the option to have sound for when. PLEASE ADD AN OPTION FOR SOUND PLEASE

### 3/5 — 음량 오류

*2025-09-29*

아이폰에서 에어팟으로 음악 듣다가 워치에서 메트로놈 켜면 음량 크기제한 풀리면서 소리 커지는 현상 개선 요청

### 1/5 — A waste of time and money.

*2025-08-31, version 1.4.1*

I purchased the full app for $10 a few days ago. Now it no longer is available to me. When I try to use it I only get the option to upgrade to the full app - which I just purchased. There is a button to restore the app which requires an Apple sign-in. The sign-in never completes. So I am out $10 bucks with no app access. By the way, the app is limited, has no instructions, and has no way to turn it off.

### 1/5 — Review

*2025-08-28, version 1.4.1*

The screen display is fine on this app, but there are several shortcomings if you are looking for a practical metronome. The pulse, on the phone or the watch, is wa too feeble to feel unless you have your fingers on it, which of course you can’t do while playing. This may be more related to the intensity of the pulse achievable in the watch and phone rather than the app, but it is not useful in any event. Also, unless I have not found the setting, there is no sound, which is a normal part of any metronome. Finally I find the controls of starting, stopping and changing frequency cumbersome compared to other apps. In my opinion wish I would not have paid the money for this, but some people may have a more favorable opinion.

### 1/5 — Not helpful

*2025-08-21, version 1.4.1*

I just need a haptic metronome on my phone. For this to work you have give it access to your microphone and let it record you all day. There is no way to stop it from recording 23 hour sessions, even when you are not using the app except to deny access to your microphone. But if you do that the metronome doesn’t work at all. It also runs down the watch battery and so I have to recharge my phone multiple times per day. Why would a metronome need to record anything?

### 2/5 — Watch not haptik

*2025-08-14, version 1.4.1*

iPhone vibrating but not Apple Watch which was reason I made purchase

### 1/5 — Very low quality

*2025-08-09*

Vibration works randomly. Watch vibration as well. I can’t believe the price they charge you.

### 4/5 — Really close to 5✨

*2025-07-14*

I use this as a nerve regulator, particularly in the car, where I’m the least comfortable, and I’m extremely grateful for it. Gives me a steady and consistent rhythm to focus my breathing on.

The reason why it’s four instead of five for me, is the iPhone version will frequently need me to put my password in to restore the purchase. I also sometimes have issues with the two syncing.

Other than that, the animation is really great, I like the different colors, and tapping to set the tempo is really terrific as well. Thanks, guys. -Kenneth

**Developer response:** Thank you for your support and for loving the app!
It sounds like something isn’t working as expected — your subscription should sync automatically between your iPhone and Apple Watch without needing to restore each time. Please feel free to contact us at hello@digitalworkroom.co.uk so we can take a closer look and help resolve the issue.

### 1/5 — Werkt niet voor ondersteuning wandelritme

*2025-07-09, version 1.4.1*

Je voelt het niet op Apple Watch

### 3/5 — Puede mejorar mucho

*2025-07-02, version 1.4.1*

### 2/5 — Great idea, weak haptics

*2025-06-29, version 1.4.1*

I got this app for the watch haptic feature. However, it is too weak. When your watch hand is moving, as it is when you’re playing, the pulse is too weak to notice. I with there was a way to name it stronger, and this app would be incredible.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — It’s now useless

*2026-07-17, version 1.8*

Had an Apple Watch 3.. used haptic for years, paid for it, but with this update I can’t even instal it. It was automatically uninstalled from my watch. Thanks for nothing!
Happy to change my review if this gets addressed

### 1/5 — The haptics are way too weak to be usable

*2026-06-26, version 1.7.4*

I could barely feel the haptics it promises

### 1/5 — Inconsistent timing

*2026-03-01, version 1.7.1*

Found the beat to sometimes lag and sometimes speed up. Pairing with the watch it was frequently out of sync and the watch haptics tended to be too weak once I tilted my wrist to play fretboard. Much stronger with the face pointing up and visible. Almost useless

### 1/5 — Try before you buy

*2026-02-21, version 1.7.1*

Bought this app due to an extremely limited time offer. Wish I would’ve tried it first. The vibrations are so weak that you can barely feel it as you play. Tightened my watch as much as I could stand and it made no real difference. I know my watch can definitely vibrate stronger than with this app. Not sure why they don’t add an intensity setting. Unless I’m missing it somewhere

### 1/5 — Um. Where’s the metronome?

*2026-02-08, version 1.7*

One Star. I just spent money on this. Instant regret. It does not function at all. What was promised was a strong haptic metronome that would pulse through my Apple watch. What I have is nothing. This does not pulse. This does not even keep time. I turned it to 60 bpm. It flashed, a kind of albeit cool light show - once. No pulse. No haptic response. Am out 10$ and underwhelmed. This is not a functioning metronome. BUYER BEWARE.

UPDATE: Developer has reached out, a pro move. I can only recommend that if anyone has issues with the app, reach out to the devs.

### 1/5 — Asks to re-login every day

*2025-12-17, version 1.7*

It used to work ok for some time. But after I bought a paid version, the app tends to get really buggy - it asks to re-login to Apple account almost every day. And then gets buggy with synchronizing between phone and the watch. Don’t waste your time and money.

### 1/5 — Can’t figure it out

*2025-11-29, version 1.7*

Can’t change the tempo. Stuck on 60. Insists on the microphone on.
Appears to be a free subscription (installed from iWatch) but it wants a quarterly subscription.
If I can’t get the demo to work properly, I’m certainly not going to sign up for a subscription .

### 1/5 — Deceptive

*2025-11-15, version 1.7*

If you want to sell a $10 metronome app, then do that. But as is, this is a free app that can do 60bpm with every other function of a metronome behind the pay wall.

### 1/5 — Needs Stronger Haptic and Better Watch Controls

*2025-09-17, version 1.4.1*

I just purchased it, but now I’m seeing the limitations.

The haptic feedback on the watch is weak and it doesn’t get stronger when set the Prominent in Settings.app > Sounds and Haptics.

Also there is no way to set the tempo directly on the watch, except by tapping. Numeric input is essential. You can set the tempo numerically or by touch increments on the phone and that will translate, but the whole reason for an app like this is to not have to go to the phone to do that kind of stuff.

I also have to restore my purchase every time I open the app.

### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne pas avec I Watch

*2025-09-10*

Ça ne fonctionne pas avec l’iwatch.. alors que dans la description il est mentionné l’inverse… déçue à 100 %

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great Customer Support

*2026-08-06, version 1.8.2*

The app wasn’t working quite correctly with my phone. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful in trouble shooting my phone settings and teaching me how to use the options within the app. It was a great experience and makes me feel good about purchasing this app!

### 5/5 — Fantastico

*2026-01-24, version 1.7*

Io lo uso per la mindfulness

### 5/5 — Good and improvable

*2026-01-03*

I work mostly on 4/4 and it is fine, I would like to have more improvements in the future that it works good to play with guitar

### 5/5 — It’s helpful !

*2025-10-06, version 1.6*

As title says

### 5/5 — Meditation Help

*2025-07-28*

I use this app to count breaths while i meditate. The haptic feedback second count works best for this purpose.

### 5/5 — Really close to 5✨

*2025-07-22, version 1.4.1*

I use this as a nerve regulator, particularly in the car, where I’m the least comfortable, and I’m extremely grateful for it. Gives me a steady and consistent rhythm to focus my breathing on.

***EDIT***
Thanks for getting back with me so quickly. Really great customer service. 5✨

### 5/5 — Problem resolved

*2025-05-17, version 1.3.4*

Had a problem with haptik turning off when rotating wrist.
Contacted helpline and resolved in no time at all.

### 5/5 — I watch

*2025-05-11, version 1.3.4*

This app is great! I can actually feel the beat on my wrist as I am playing guitar and record from my watch!

### 5/5 — What I Needed

*2025-03-08, version 1.3.4*

I just bought the full access upgrade. This is phenomenal. I’ve needed this in my guitar practice. Feeling the beat and listening to the beat is superior to just listening. Thanks!

### 5/5 — True and Real

*2025-02-13, version 1.3.3*

Although the app looks and functions great. Having the ability to save tempos for set list(s) would absolutely make this app more amazing rather than having to tap or swipe up and down to ease tempo transitions yknow. thank you
