Only works for your own listings even if the listing agent (within your brokerage) approves your request to host. I’ve reported the glitch twice. Could be a great tool for those of us paying the extra money for platinum status.

### 3/5 — Great App With User Limits Making It Horrible

Would love to give this app a four or five star rating however, the limitations on shared use prevent that. This app should work between any agents in the same MLS regardless of brokerage  or offices. Limiting its use to your office only makes it ineffective as a data capturing device for buyers agents. Shamefully you have to pay for a year of Platinum to find this out. Can’t recommend for that alone.

Agents are always asking what is the best way to get open house visitors to log in. Well, the solution is here! This app simplifies the process, and it even helps you communicate with them after the open house. It syncs with your MATRIX input data, so the ease of use is nice. Great job HAR!

The open house app from
HAR is the perfect compliment for guest to register as a buyer or REALTOR! It’s so feature rich by allowing us to request to host other listings in our office, which opens up a world of hosting opportunities.  I highly recommend downloading this app immediately, and using it for your open houses!
