The only thing I can do is look at my care team. I can’t access the patient portal from the app at all. Every function that I would actually want the app for currently requires me to go to the website directly from my browser. When I try to do anything in the app other than look at my care team, I’m told I need to update my browser (which is safari, and doesn’t require standalone updates on iPhone). ### 1/5 — Patient Portal *2023-03-09* I can no longer find the patient portal on the app. Can’t believe the Home Screen doesn’t include the patient portal. I will update if any problems but right now I’m very optimistic about how user friendly it is and how I am able to access my health information such as upcoming appointments, test results, and my ability to message my doctor immediately through the portal. I don’t know if it is glitches or updates however it is annoying to have to update it over and over. It seems to me that since you make me go through a multi-step process to login to this app you could go one step further and link my current providers and their office locations to my username automatically. Since you already know what appointments I have scheduled it seems like you already have a link established between the two. Also It’s annoying to not have enough time to switch between provider locations / searches to add new providers or update existing ones only to have the main screen of the app log you out for inactivity and force you to login in once again due to what I suppose is classified as “inactivity”. You in effect have to start over and it is ignorant. If the separate screens are not linked to the same activity timer process , well, they should be. Seems like a no brainer. Also once I have saved a Professional to my care team, why do I have to also add that location to my provider locations also ? Someone didn’t think this through. If my urologist is on my care team, doesn’t it seem to follow that his office is on my location team? This should also be automatically populated. Are high schoolers coding your apps? The clinic sends me an email after every visit asking me to rate my visit. You should also do the same thing after I use your app. You would find out what’s wrong with it and finally fix it if you did. It’s a good start (the app) but is not a final product by no means. It needs work. Also, if you are going to send me a an email telling my my visit notes are available for review, don’t you think it would be a good idea to make them available for use and viewing from a mobile device? I wonder how many people look at that email on their phone? You have to ask to see the desktop version to get to it and if you don’t know that , it’s not viewable.
