Desde que uso Harbiz con mis clientes, el salto de calidad ha sido muy grande. Puedo optimizar mi trabajo al tiempo que mi servicio es de mayor calidad. El servicio técnico es rápido, eficiente y agradable. 100% recomendable

Me di de baja como pude ya que no me contestaba att al cliente, pasandome de dos dias y me cobraron integro todo este mes, cosa q ni estoy utilizando, son bastante amables pero poco empaticos con el cliente y la velocidad de respuesta y solucion igual de lenta que la app para movil, se traba mucho y mis clientes no entendian la app y acaban yendose todos, y mira que he utilizado chat gpt para las descripciones de cada cosa y le eché horas, si quieres modificar algo, se te modifica lo de todos los clientes y casi siempre tienes que volver a empezar de cero la faena, me he esperado dos semanas a hacer la reseña ya que me dijeron que algo hariamos con el pago pero se olvidaron de mi completamente, solo somos billetes para ellos, 63€ y ni he abierto la app este mes, enhorabuena por la fantastica app, espero que cuidéis mas a los clientes de cara al futuro

Para que yo diga que esta es la MEJOR HERRAMIENTA QUE PUEDE TENER UN ENTRENADOR tiene que ser la mejor porque las he probado TODAS a lo largo de los últimos 15 años. 
Su mejor punto es la atención PERMANENTE . 
El precio es asumible siempre y cuando seas un entrenador entregado a la profesión dado que requiere de mucho trabajo de personalización debido a sus INFINITAS POSIBILIDADES.
