I have been shopping here for years for my tools and other items. I purchased an Avanti airless paint sprayer. Ride to use it and it will not prime it is brand new and they will not exchange it in fact told me to take it apart and try to fix it. I am so upset right now it cost me over $259.00. I will take my business other places that stand by their word and products and I am also going to contact BBC. So others won’t have this same problem. I have also been on there support phone number 30 minutes so far and it is not being answered they continue to disappoint. I use the app quite frequently so it’s really annoying that it takes about five steps to get into the app now before it will allow you to use it. I already get the daily emails.
