It just works and it’s all high quality. Th screen is unbelievably correct and lightweight! ### 5/5 — Best monitor with user-friendly app *2025-03-04* I didn’t need a monitor until our second child so I wanted to invest in my peace of mind and get an app that offered both proximity monitoring and wifi connectivity and am so glad I found this one! To no one’s surprise it was much easier to keep tabs on one child in a smaller house but much harder to keep tabs of a newborn with a toddler running around and screaming (and waking the baby if the baby napped in a shared space) in a bigger house. This monitor quite literally is the answer to my problems. The app is easy to use and it was easy to set up, plus the ease of contacting customer support for a small issue (shout out to Miranda) through the text line and get a replacement power block was soooo nice. You can tell they stand by their product and services and that instills confidence that this monitor will be with us for years to come and pays for itself. **Developer response:** Hey there! None compare to this one! I love the new Smart option so I’m not hearing every little noise but I still get notified / hear the true cry and can choose what duration and level I’m comfortable with. The set up was really easy with only a minor glitch with it trying to connect to the camera at first. The video quality was slightly off but now it’s performing great. The talk feature is also really convenient and comes through very fast and clear. The app and monitor have a great interface. The monitor feels incredibly well made. It’s amazing to have both the app functionality and a monitor. It’s everything I could’ve asked for and more. I got sucked into the ads on social media about Harbor and I did a deep dive researching this company. Ultimately I found that it checked all of my boxes. I am beyond thrilled that I decided to choose Harbor. Of course, with such a new product, there are some tweaks that need to be worked out but even still I am thrilled to be a part of the harbor family. It is completely blowing my previous monitor out of the water. Actually it’s not even the same planet as our previous baby monitor!! Charlie is hands-on in the support department and he has always quick to respond and happy to assist!!! 1000000/10 experience with Harbor. You are getting your money worth. You won’t be disappointed. ### 5/5 — Best Baby Monitor I’ve Owned *2024-10-14* I love that it works on the included tablet and on my phone via app. Nanit only works on my phone, which made us use it far less than we wanted. Also love that the tablet doesn’t use WiFi, much easier to travel with. ### 5/5 — Exceeding expectations! *2024-09-11* Even with being such a new product, this monitor is blowing my previous Motorola one out of the water. It always connects, has smart alerts, sleek design and their support team is great! With smart alerts, I sleep soundly and am only woken if there’s a specific level of movement and/or sound. No more annoying light from the monitor all night or constant static sounds (although you have the option to set it to constant feed too). The monitor battery is also FANTASTIC. I could use it during the day and nap time, and still have over 60-70% left with the smart alerts. I look forward to getting my second camera when baby #2 joins us in a few months. So their “update” made the camera unusable and no one from harbor is responding. That’s the opposite in our year of using it. The only thing they have to offer is a giant touch screen monitor that will constantly drop connection. ### 3/5 — Love the product and app… desperately needs landscape iPad support *2024-12-30* Have loved everything about the experience until I downloaded the iPad app. There needs to be support for the iPad to be landscape (currently really only works in portrait). We have absolutely loved having the large monitor screen for our 2 kids. It’s a game changer to not HAVE to rely on your phone, but still have access to check that way if you want to. I recently had an issue with my monitor and the Harbor team had a new one shipped out to me literally within like an hour of me submitting my ticket. They have been responsive, understanding, and super reasonable. It provides so much reassurance as a first time parent that I can check the monitor screen or my phone at anytime anywhere when my baby is napping or sleeping at night. It provides a thermostat temp too which is helpful if I’m worried about baby being too hot or cold.
