## What is Harbor?

Harbor pairs you with a dedicated AI mentor who walks beside you through a 30-day recovery program. One day at a time, at your pace.

Your mentor knows your story. Through daily video messages, guided practices, and real conversations, they help you build the skills and awareness you need to move forward. Harbor is not a replacement for professional treatment. It is a private, judgment-free space to start building better habits.

WHAT YOU GET:

A 30-day guided program
Each day includes a mentor video, a check-in, a guided practice (breathing, journaling, or gratitude), and a reflection. Sessions take about 10 minutes.

A mentor who remembers
Chat with your AI mentor anytime. They remember your check-ins, your reflections, and where you are in your journey. Conversations feel personal because they are built on your real progress.

Practices that build over time
Breathing exercises, journaling prompts, and gratitude practices are sequenced across three phases: Open (Days 1-10), Aware (Days 11-20), and Active (Days 21-30).

Progress you can see
Track your streak, mood trends, and craving patterns. A 30-day journey map shows how far you have come.

Private by design
Your data stays yours. Harbor does not sell your information or share it with advertisers. Chat messages are processed securely by Claude (Anthropic) to power your mentor's responses.
