App look cool, cool idea definitely think there is a market for it, BUT if you a weekend warrior on a budget, this app has a steep subscription even if you consider the annual plan, still beyond my budget. But this is only my take on it, don’t take me wrong not saying you will not learn something from it, I cannot review the content  as you must first subscribe.

Below the video for workouts please list all the exercises with reps and times so I don’t have to watch a video over and over again. Got bad signal so struggle watching the vids in the gym. Nicer to gym with a plan and not rely on the video. But otherwise enjoying the app
