## What is Hard Mode?

Some challenges are simple on paper and brutal in practice: every day, no misses, for 75 days straight. Hard Mode is the tracker that takes your rules as literally as you do.

Pick a rule set — the classic 75-day challenge, a softer version, a Winter Arc, a 30-day reset — or write your own. Once you start, the list locks. Check off every task before midnight. Miss one, any one, and the counter goes back to Day 1. Those were the rules when you started.

The app doesn't cheer. It counts.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• A daily checklist that locks the moment you begin — your rules, taken literally.
• A water counter, not a checkbox. Log it a glass at a time toward the gallon, from the app or the widget — the thing every other tracker forgot is the thing you touch eight times a day.
• A lock-screen widget and Live Activity that show exactly what's left before midnight. At 9 PM it says "2 left." No motivational notifications. Just the count.
• A private progress-photo vault — on-device, auto-dated. On the final day, your whole run plays back in about eight seconds.
• A streak you can trust. Time-zone changes, daylight saving, midnight edits, reinstalls — the count survives all of it. We treat the count as the product.
