They are so confused about their own promotion and keep claiming its for new customers and then claiming rewards are not in the app and have to be redeemed at a brick and mortar location. Like what? It’s advertised on their social media, right here in the App Store, on their website and the banner was in my app at one point . Clearly too many people opted in and they don’t want to honor giving away all the bonus bets. I have contacted support and no resolution so far. There is an offer right now for bet $5 get $100 in bonus bets. It’s for all customers , new and existing. But for existing customers you have to opt in. The opt in option was never available to me. Update: contacted hard rock a second time and the bounce me between two departments I’m just over it. Worst. Book. Ever.
