I'd have my money back if I could. It's a joke ### 1/5 — Overly sensitive controls (Apple TV) *2020-06-25* The Apple TV version is overly sensitive. When you try to select a piece it’s very easy to accidentally select one of the menu options. It’s very frustrating and difficult to select the piece that you want. ### 1/5 — Don't buy... *2015-05-16* The game is so rigged. Get the free version and play with ads. 99% of the time the roll is not in your favor. You have to hit the device so many times to make your moves it's ridiculous. It has a very slow touch response as well, making this app unplayable to me. Sadly, on the iPhone, the touch screen reactions are terrible, the game lags, and you have to pay for avatars, boards, and pieces. So disappointed; I play this on Xbox all of the time and it is great, their iPhone version leaves much to be desired. Another annoying thing is that you cannot play iTunes and game at the same time!!! :-( ### 2/5 — No local Play on TV *2016-12-28* Seems ok on the pad but local multiplayer is missing on the tv version. Leider wirft der Zufallsgenerator extrem viele Pasche für beide Seiten. Dadurch leider sehr unrealistisch und das verdirbt den Spaß. ### 3/5 — Keeps crashing! *2012-05-11* This is the best looking and user friendly of the backgammon apps I have tried. However, the MAC version I have on my MBPro overheats the machine, and in much the same way, this one crashes constantly. This needs to be updated! First suggestion, pls make sure that app retains data after crash. At least that way you can continue a game or three game series, etc. without starting over completely. Second, just plain FIX IT. Frankly, I play anyway. I'd much prefer, however, to stop when I feel like it instead of after the 3rd or 4th frustrating crash. Just downloaded this one because of my experience with other Hardwood games and it exceeds my expectations. Fast play is my go-to. Love the graphics and the Game outcomes are much more realistic than other games. My favourite thing? NO ads! Thanks Hardwood.
