Hardwood euchre is the best euchre game online, and I have tried them all no comparison!

In the Euchre card game, specifically version 2 developed by Hardwood, i and other players have reported issues with the single-player mode where the AI partner frequently calls trump and gets euchred, which is frustrating due to the AI's seemingly poor decision-making.This has led to criticism that the game is poorly designed in this aspect, as the AI's behavior does not align with optimal Euchre strategies, making it difficult for players to win consistently.
Game Design Flaw: The AI partner's tendency to call trump without a strong hand leads to frequent euchres, which is a flaw in the game's design.
Player Frustration: Players have expressed frustration with the AI's decision-making, as it often results in losing points due to the AI's poor judgment in calling trump.

What is happening with this new version?  It seems to register you even if you do not want to be registered.  The new screens that you see when you start the app are exceptionally confusing.  Stay away from this app!

As a longtime user, I can say that Hardwood is the best euchre site out there. Version 1 was/is far superior. If you get this game, first download version 1 on a PC. (not a Mac) The rating system is really fun and I really like the medieval theme avatars and music. If you want to succeed within the rating system, I suggest making lots of nicknames and resetting when you dip below 1450, although it is much harder since they limit you to 3 names with version 2. This site needs more good euchre players to stiffen up the competition. If that’s you, please join us! Thanks, Micah
