Game Design Flaw: The AI partner's tendency to call trump without a strong hand leads to frequent euchres, which is a flaw in the game's design. Version 1 was/is far superior. If you get this game, first download version 1 on a PC. (not a Mac) The rating system is really fun and I really like the medieval theme avatars and music. If you want to succeed within the rating system, I suggest making lots of nicknames and resetting when you dip below 1450, although it is much harder since they limit you to 3 names with version 2. This site needs more good euchre players to stiffen up the competition. If that’s you, please join us! But, most are gone now since the new version came out and the majority of the games are now social games or very low rated. There is no longer the great competition because people don't want to learn or pay for all extras. Silvercreek really messed it up and lost the majority of players to be replaced by non paying members. Even at the best of times, there are only about 70 players, a lot being non payers instead of the old average of around 250 paying members at peak times. I don't even know why I'm still there. The cards stack severely in favour of the opposing team, and cards are played in such a way that shows the computer knows it's teammates hand.
