I have purchased this game for pc, Android, and now IOS. You simply must try this version of hearts. They also have Hardwood Spades, Rummy and Solitaire. Die Computer sind (wie bei allen von mir getesteten Apps) nicht soooo spielstark, aber dafür gibt es hier auch einen exzellenten Online-Modus. Schade: Hier werden wirklich für alles Tokens (In-Game-Currency) kassiert, seien es ästhetische Sachen oder sogar die „Fooms“. Das war bei der ursprünglichen Windows-Variante nicht so - einmal mehr wird ein Hersteller geizig ohne Ende. (Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that sometimes the AI opponents make really dumb, self-defeating moves, which takes away from the challenge.) The second time I led with a four of clubs and got the queen of spades when none of the players had any clubs, but in the same hand the last card of the player to the left was the queen of spades. ### 1/5 — Online not work with ipad air *2014-05-19, version 2.0.240* Online just for 1 month. Now it just freezes on the opening screen and nothing loads. Waste of money. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2012-06-12* Don't make my mistake. I went ahead and spent the money despite the other reviews. I have played thousands of on-line Hardwood Hearts games with the PC version and enjoyed it. The IPAD version is much more expensive and has fewer features as everything is now extra cost. It is difficult to tell the hearts from the diamonds on the cards and to change decks costs money. The instructions say that if you own the PC version you get a special deal when registering. I never saw such a deal. On top of that, they auto renew this now quite expensive game, but don't include instructions on how to prevent the auto renewal. I most assuredly did not intend to sign up for a lifetime of cost with no ability to stop it. This game is a poor value. Don't buy it. ### 1/5 — Crashes all the time *2012-04-30, version 2.0.146.0* On iPad 1 I simply can't get a multiplayer game going.... Just when I sit down it ALWAYS crashes out. Yet another 1.99 down the drain. Poor show. ### 1/5 — iPad Crashes *2012-04-22, version 2.0.146.0* I was a big fan of hardwood hearts, and I was slightly let down by the V2 release, where Silver Creek succumb to the general trend and started charging for miscellaneous items. Quite disappointed of the iPad version, as it keep crashing when joining a multiplayer game (yes, I have rebooted, yes I have reinstalled - just badly coded) ### 1/5 — Cute but boring *2012-04-19, version 2.0.146.0* Graphics are cute but gameplay gets boring fast. Was in fact searching in app store. But didnt find any i liked. A google search helped me find this. This is terrific. It has the best, most comprehensive features and options. It is better than anything you can want. The only downside is a steep monthly membership fee.
